We take pride in packaging your purchases well in bubble wrap and protective mail bags or boxes so they reach you in the same condition they left us.
We dispatch orders daily Monday-Friday

Shipping within NZ :

As many of our items can be bulky and/or heavy they can be a bit tricky but we have tried our best to offer the best possible postage rates for our items.

The majority of orders will be sent via Courierpost, NZpost Tracked or Toll road freight. We reserve the right to choose the postage method that best suits your order in regards to speed of delivery, cost & security. As NZpost untracked cannot be tracked and is incredibly hard to get compensation for lost parcels,selecting this postage option is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We would rather not send anything this way but understand that some people want the cheaper option.


Tracking numbers are retained for all packages sent via tracked shipping to a NZ address for the purpose of tracking an item in the unlikely event it goes missing.


If you are rural address and fail to select the correct shipping or not tell us you are rural then we reserve the right to select the appropriate shipping method and hold your order until correct postage is paid for.

If you live in Gisborne will will drop off for free in the city limits or it can be arranged for you to pick up from us for free.

****PLEASE NOTE*****
If your parcel does not arrive to you within 1 week- please contact us immediately as compensation claims need be made within:

  • 14 days of sending if your claim is for non delivery of an item sent using a domestic postal or

courier service or

  • seven days of delivery if your claim is for damage or missing contents

This is VERY important as NZpost/Courierpost will NOT process any claims posted more than 14 days ago.

International Orders:

At this stage we do not ship to international addresses. please contact us if you wish to discuss this further.
